Both changes were released gradually some time ago and now should be available to everyone. You can notice a Draft button on the publish screen and these drafts will appear on your profile feed with a Draft label. These drafts will be only visible to you.
Another feature that is also only visible to you is a small stats section at the bottom left of the screen. You can see it after opening any of your videos.
How to test TikTok drafts:
- Prepare a TikTok video to be posted.
- On the publish screen, tap on the draft button.
- Check your profile page to see the video is marked with a draft label.
