Worldwide Web 3 is a 2d metaverse game with quests where you can also purchase your own NFT land. Besides this, it also has loads of integrations with different NFT collections that has pixel style avatars. An example of this would be Cryptobats or Etherminators.
These NFT PFPs can be used inside the game as character avatars. In order to give it a try, you must have one of such NFTs on your wallet that you used to enter the game.
There you can an in-game menu that has a section for Avatars. Inside this section, you should find a list of all NFTs that you own and which were integrated into the game.

By default, you will get a naked character that can earn in-game items by completing different quests. With the NFT avatar, your character will have it displayed over its head or instead of the whole character.
Worldwide Web 3 is an interesting metaverse project that you can also explore at any time without any NFTs.
