Now you can find a chat button on every ETH address page. From there you will be able to connect your wallet and message to any other wallet address.

This Blockscan chat is available on the web and you can use it from mobile as well. It didn't work straight away for me with a native crypto browser like Opera or Metamask but I managed to connect it to the standalone Trust Wallet app.
Blockscan chat was released in beta and only has some basic features for now. Feel free to drop a message to TestingCatalog.eth if you want to test it out 🔥
Etherscan by itself, is a web tool that shows a transaction history on the Ethereum blockcahin for any wallet address.
