Perceptis AI has launched its AI-first presentation platform publicly, bringing a tool aimed squarely at consultants, analysts, and strategists who spend their days turning dense data into client-ready slides. The platform positions itself as what happens when the logic of McKinsey-style deck building gets baked into AI rather than outsourced to a junior analyst at midnight.

A user describes the deck they need, uploads their own company data, reports, or research, and the platform structures the entire narrative argument around that material. Unlike generic AI slide tools that pull from broad public sources and wrap the result in a theme, Perceptis ties every claim to a traceable source from what the user actually provided. The output is a fully editable PowerPoint file, formatted to match the organization's existing templates, not a locked-in proprietary format. What would historically take a consultant or analyst the better part of a working day gets compressed into a fraction of that time.

The positioning is clear in how Perceptis describes itself on its own website: "Like Gamma, but for grown-ups." The argument is that existing AI presentation tools solve a visual formatting problem, but not a thinking problem. Perceptis is built around top-down storytelling logic drawn from MBB consulting culture, a place where the structure of an argument determines whether a deck persuades a boardroom or dies in review. The platform is SOC-2 compliant from day one, with data strictly isolated per organization, which matters when consultants are uploading client-sensitive material to generate deliverables.

Behind the platform are co-founders Alibek Dostiyarov and Yersultan Sapar. Dostiyarov spent eight years at McKinsey before moving through roles at Google and Amazon, channeling that presentation expertise directly into the product's architecture. Sapar brings a background from Apple's AI and ML Special Projects team, along with experience at HBO and IPSY. The company, headquartered in Seattle and operating under the parent name Whiteboard Intelligence, Inc., raised $3.6 million in seed funding from Streamlined Ventures, FEBE Ventures, MOST Ventures, and Silkroad Innovation Hub since its 2024 founding.

The platform is available globally via web, with a free-access tier. The audience is broad but specific: boutique consulting firms, internal strategy teams, and B2B analysts who need to produce high-quality outputs at a pace that matches real client timelines, without expanding headcount to do it.
