Noota has launched Noota Talent, an AI agent platform that takes over the full recruitment cycle, from initial intake through to a scored, ready-to-present shortlist, without requiring recruiting teams to grow headcount to match demand.

The platform operates through five purpose-built agents working in sequence:

  1. Intake Agent: Opens each hiring cycle by aligning the recruiter and hiring manager, generating a structured scorecard that defines must-have criteria, red flags, and screening questions before a single candidate is contacted.
  2. Sourcing Agent: Searches job boards, professional networks, and resume databases around the clock, filtering and deduplicating profiles against that criteria automatically.
  3. Screening Agent: Runs asynchronous pre-qualification interviews over voice or text, assessing skills, motivations, salary expectations, and availability, producing a structured report without the recruiter scheduling a call.
  4. AI Matching Layer: Scores every candidate by skills, experience, and compensation to produce a prioritized shortlist.

ATS Sync: Handles the operational layer, creating and updating profiles, attaching evaluations, and adding tags across platforms including Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Bullhorn, and Flatchr, with zero manual entry.

According to Noota, teams using Talent can multiply their recruiting capacity by three to five times without additional hires, cut time spent on screening by 40 to 70 percent, and receive a fully screened shortlist in under 24 hours from intake. Time-to-hire is projected to fall by 25 to 45 percent and offer acceptance rates to rise by 15 to 25 percent. The platform is aimed at in-house talent acquisition teams, recruiting agencies, RPO providers, and HR managers at scale-ups and SMEs who face volume pressure without the budget to staff up.
