Google Gemini has introduced an experimental Gem called the Chess Champ experiment, allowing users to play chess in text form. Within this Gem, users select a move, and Gemini responds with an image of the updated board state, highlighting the respective move. This innovative approach enables Gemini to generate images based on its knowledge base. The feature is accessible to all users, including those on free plans; however, it is currently unavailable on mobile devices.
Besides this, the release schedule for Gemini updates has been changed once again, with the next release potentially targeting December 9th.
