Docusign integrates IAM for agreement management in ChatGPT

Docusign has announced that its Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform will soon be integrated directly into ChatGPT. This move brings Docusign’s contract creation, signing, and management capabilities to users within ChatGPT’s interface, targeting both individual professionals and large organizations who manage a high volume of agreements. The release is set to leverage the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard that allows secure and compliant data exchange between ChatGPT and Docusign’s IAM. IAM enables drafting, analyzing, and processing agreements using natural language within ChatGPT.
