Whisk app is widely used for building meal plans, receipts and grocery shopping lists. As per them, shared meal plans was one of the most requested features from the community.

Invite friends and family to collaborate on your meal plan via email, Whatsapp, Facebook, and more—even if they don't yet have a Whisk account
Add, remove, and edit recipes on your shared meal plan
Add your shared meal plan to a shopping list
If at any point you want to leave a shared meal plan, you’ll be able to restore your original meal plan to exactly how it was before.
Now you can go to the Planner tab and click on the share button on top to sent your plan to someone else. This way you can simply collaborate on editing and planing your meals together.
