# The upcoming Gemini update rescheduled to July 25

The Gemini update, originally scheduled for July 18, was finally rescheduled to July 25\. Additionally, the number of items in the planned announcement was reduced from four to three.

Google has various features in development for Gemini, starting with a potentially new model codenamed Eureka, and extending to features like GEMs support, scheduled prompts, and many others. It remains unclear what to expect in tomorrow’s release.

After a long series of disappointing updates, where Gemini only added support for more languages or expanded to new countries, we hope to see some substantial improvements to the Gemini feature set. This is especially important for Google, considering recent releases and announcements from other companies like Meta.
