This is a new integration with the Microsoft ecosystem that came to SwiftKey Keyboard. It allows users to quickly create tasks that will go to the Microsoft To-Do app directly. In order to view and edit them, you likely want to install its standalone app as well.
Apart from this, this new feature allows you to add items from the clipboard to tasks as well.
