After initial onboarding, you will end up in a creative mode. It has some ads and also lots of features are hidden behind a monthly subscription.
An interesting part can be discovered when you quit this creation mode. There you can see a list of creatives that you can remix or repeat with your own photos. These items have step by step tutorials on which effects to apply and how.
Apart from this, you may also find there a bunch of challenges that you can participate in.
PicsArt 2.0 probably won't replace your current image editor unless you will decide to purchase a pro plan. However, it can become an interesting addition in case if you want to learn how to make creatives on your device.
