# OpenAI test ChatGPT Jobs to help with your next career change

The upcoming ChatGPT Jobs agent, currently listed as Internal and not yet available to users, is positioned to act as a comprehensive career assistant. Early descriptions indicate that it will support users in exploring career paths, refining resumes, clarifying which roles align with their experience, and providing tailored advice for standing out in the job market. This includes guidance on positioning, opportunity research, and comparison against personal career goals.

The new agent is expected to mirror the approach used for ChatGPT Health, which combines core GPT capabilities with dedicated features and UI surfaces targeting a specific domain. In this case, ChatGPT Jobs would centralize job-seeking, resume review, and career planning tools in a single experience.
