This feature is not new but not everyone was able to access it at the same time. From now, more users will be able to see a red gift box chip on top of the comments button on some verified creators. Tapping on it will welcome you with a prompt explaining what this feature is about.
There you will see a list of top gifts as well as a section with a list of classic and premium gifts. All of them can be purchased with Coins, TikTok's in-app currency that you can buy for real money.
