Google Gemini appears to be expanding mobile-only extensions for Google Keep and Google Tasks. These extensions can only be spotted if you type “@” in the prompt field, triggering a pop-up with the extension selector. Many users have reported that these new extensions are invisible in this list, and they are not yet available on the official extension page.

In my own tests, the Google Tasks option was only available on [Gemini](https://www.testingcatalog.com/tag/gemini/) for iOS, while Google Keep was available on Android for the same account. However, on iOS, it didn’t work, but the Google Keep integration on Android worked perfectly—it could list notes and create new ones. It’s still unclear why Gemini decided to proceed with such a rollout, because currently, the only way to know about these new features is either by typing “@” in the prompt field or by reading TestingCatalog.
