If you visited this page in the past you know that it was a total mess and you had to spend quite some time in order to find a setting you need. It is hard to say that it got much better but looks definitely different now.
This update is rolling out gradually to all users and should arrive if you have version 332.0.0.0.* or above. Some of the settings were renamed and reorganised into different categories. Now you can also browse more settings on your screen at a time b/c they don't have descriptions anymore.
