The automated responses feature allows you to configure instant replies, frequently asked questions, and more. It was introduced to Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs separately. In the Facebook Business app, you can configure it once and turn it on for both platforms from a single place.

How to configure Automated Response for Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs:
- Open the More Tools tab.
- Select Settings.
- Select Automated Responses.
- Pick a response type you want to configure.
- Configure your response and select both Messenger and Instagram options.
