This feature was available via the web before and now, Binance for Android got a separate tab for Cash under its withdrawal view. It can be accessed from the Wallets Overview section. There you will be able to select the currency and choose between several transfer methods.
This makes it easier to cash out your crypto savings right inside the mobile app.
